Scraggy

Scraggy in the anime

Ash's Pokémon Egg hatched into a headstrong, overconfident Scraggy in Scraggy: Hatched to be Wild!, which also marked the species' animated series appearance; he constantly viewed new Pokémon as opponents to beat. A male Scraggy under Concetta's ownership appeared in A Performance Pop Quiz! and returned across Party Dancecapades!, Master Class Choices! and Master Class Is in Session!, and a Team Skull Grunt's Scraggy was quickly defeated by Ilima's Eevee in Turning Heads and Training Hard!.

Scraggy across the TCG

Scraggy's first card was a 2011 Black and White Common illustrated by Masakazu Fukuda, and it stayed largely a Common rarity through eras including Flashfire, Furious Fists and Champion's Path, with Next Destinies offering an Uncommon printing by Mizue. Destined Rivals gave the line a named treatment with Marnie's Scraggy illustrated by Teeziro.

White Flare paired a standard Common Scraggy by osare with an illustration rare by Nelnal, and the Mega Evolution era's Ascended Heroes set added another Common printing illustrated by Shimaris Yukichi.
