Neo Revelation is an expansion from the WOTC era's Neo series in the English-language Pokémon TCG, with set code N3. It has an official count of 64 cards, plus 2 secret cards above that number, for 66 catalog printings in all. The release date was September 21, 2001. The set is built around the Johto beasts and their companions: Celebi, Entei, Ho-oh, Raikou and Suicune each appear in two printings. Its headline cards are Shining Gyarados, Houndoom and Raikou, and it leans on Water, Colorless, Grass and Psychic Pokémon.
The pull ladder in Neo Revelation runs from 20 commons and 17 uncommons up to 29 rares, with 16 of those counted as chase-tier cards. The 2 secret cards sit above the printed 64. Shining Gyarados, a rare illustrated by Ken Sugimori, holds the top spot in the card list, followed by Houndoom, Raikou, Shining Magikarp and Suicune. Sugimori illustrated four of those five and seven cards across the set. The top five cards hold 53 percent of the set's total card value, so a few cards carry the market.
As of October 2026, Neo Revelation holds the 6th highest total card value of the 16 comparable WOTC sets, about 1.3 times the era median, and 21st across the 130 sets of the whole game. Its single most valuable card ranks 7th in the era and its trading activity ranks 12th. At 64 official cards it is smaller than the era median of 108. It follows Southern Islands, which holds less total value, and precedes Neo Destiny, which holds more. Its cards first appeared in Japan in Awakening Legends, released November 23, 2000, which shares 51 cards with it.

Completing Neo Revelation means tracking down all 66 catalog printings, and every one of them is priced. Because the top five cards hold 53 percent of the set's total card value, the cost of a complete run depends mostly on those few cards, while the many commons and uncommons add comparatively little. The sealed line lists 3 products, made up of a booster box and booster packs.
