Questions
How does the free trial work?
It runs the plan you pick for 3 days. Add a card on the web, or confirm with App Store / Google Play. Nothing is charged during the trial. One trial per person.
When am I charged, and how do I cancel?
When the trial ends, then every month or year. Web: Settings → Billing → Manage. App: your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. Cancel later and you keep access to the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Web charges are not prorated. If a renewal charged you and you didn't mean to keep it, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund it. Apple and Google refund store purchases under their own policies.
I subscribed in the app. Does it work here?
Yes: one account, one plan, everywhere. Manage it where you bought it.
What happens if my plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. Bells, watches and rules above the Free limits pause, and they resume if you resubscribe.
What stays free?
Every card page, set, index and article; 10 scans a day; 1 bell; a 10-card watchlist; a 100-card collection; email, push and in-app alerts.
