Inteleon

Inteleon in the games

Inteleon evolves from Drizzile at level 35 and is the final form of Sobble. It can Gigantamax into Gigantamax Inteleon, whose tail extends to over 130 feet long, coiling into a tower-like platform from which it takes aim. Inteleon appears to be mainly based on basilisk lizards, which run across water, with additional influence from chameleons and the flying lizards of the Draco genus. Its name likely joins intel, the spy sense of the word, with chameleon. Inteleon is the first first partner Pokémon or evolution of one to have its English name be a direct transliteration of its Japanese name since Chikorita and its evolutions.

Inteleon in the anime

Inteleon made its animated debut in Sobble Spies a Stealthy Strategy! under the ownership of Jacqueline, becoming a co-star in a number of her movies and a target of Team Rocket. In Detective Drizzile!, Goh's Drizzile evolved into Inteleon. In A Flood of Torrential Gains!, Leon used his Inteleon against Ash's Gengar in his Masters Eight Tournament match, only to be defeated.
