Flamigo does not evolve. It keeps its long neck tied in a knot, said to hold energy in its belly, and unties it to attack by whipping its head. It lives near water and wetlands in flocks that can top 10,000 members, and a flock attacks in unison, a behavior called synchronizing.
Flamigo's official Paldea Pokédex image contains a visual error, showing two Flamigo with mismatched wing poses. It is based on a flamingo, referencing Spain's large flamingo population, with its knotted neck also evoking a balloon animal or boxing glove, and its Fighting typing may reference flamingos' synchronized courtship dances.
Flamigo's first card appeared in the Scarlet & Violet base set as an Uncommon from kantaro, followed by Paldea Evolved's Uncommon and illustration rare from Shibuzoh., an Obsidian Flames Uncommon from Hiroki Asanuma, and a Paradox Rift Common. Paldean Fates added a Shiny rare, and Surging Sparks closed the run with a Flamigo ex Double rare.

Flamigo is the Synchronize Pokémon, a Flying and Fighting type with no evolutions. Its knotted neck keeps energy from escaping until it unties itself to strike, and its official Paldea Pokédex art carries a known visual error.
No published index yet — too few of Flamigo’s cards trade often enough to strike one.
