Cottonee

Cottonee in the anime

Multiple Cottonee debuted in Cottonee in Love!, where a male was chasing a female who had rejected him for being weak. Ash and his friends helped him grow stronger so he could impress her, and he joined a mass migration of the species; the Cottonee reappeared in a flashback in Explorers of the Hero's Ruin!.

Cottonee's cards by era

Cottonee was introduced in the Black & White era across Emerging Powers and Boundaries Crossed, then continued with a single Common printing per set through the XY and Sun & Moon eras from artists including Kanako Eo, Ken Sugimori, and Pani Kobayashi.

The Scarlet & Violet era brought Paldean Fates, Temporal Forces, and Prismatic Evolutions commons, the latter two both illustrated by Kyoko Umemoto, and a White Flare Common and illustration rare pairing by sui and Keisin. The Mega Evolution era added a Black Star Promos printing by Kariya.
