Urshifu is a Legendary Pokémon introduced in The Isle of Armor, the first Sword and Shield expansion, where Mustard gives the player Kubfu after passing the Master Dojo's trials. Which Urshifu it becomes depends on training. In Sword and Shield, Kubfu evolves at the top of one of the Towers of Two Fists: the Tower of Darkness produces Single Strike Style, a Fighting and Dark type, and the Tower of Waters produces Rapid Strike Style, a Fighting and Water type. In Scarlet and Violet, the Scroll of Darkness or Scroll of Waters does the same job. Both styles can Gigantamax.
Its only ability, Unseen Fist, belongs to Urshifu alone and lets its contact moves hit through Protect and similar protective moves.
The two styles debuted separately in Pokémon Journeys: The Series. Single Strike Style appeared first, in "Leaping Toward the Dream!" as Quillon's Pokémon, and Rapid Strike Style followed in "Trial on a Golden Scale!" with Danika.
Urshifu's card history is concentrated in two Sword & Shield sets. Battle Styles (March 2021) introduced the Single Strike and Rapid Strike card mechanics, with Urshifu as the Pokémon for each, and printed both Single Strike and Rapid Strike Urshifu as V and VMAX. Each VMAX exists in a rainbow Secret Rare by PLANETA Tsuji and a second Secret Rare with alternate art: Kinu Nishimura drew the Single Strike version (#168) and KIYOTAKA OSHIYAMA the Rapid Strike version (#170).
Chilling Reign (2021) added plain Holo Rare versions of both styles, and Brilliant Stars' Trainer Gallery (2022) gave each style more V and VMAX cards with new art by kodama, takuyoa and Scav, plus two Secret Rare VMAX cards.
An Ultra Rare Single Strike Urshifu V illustrated by kawayoo, from the set that introduced the Single Strike mechanic.
A Secret Rare VMAX with alternate art by Kinu Nishimura.
The Rapid Strike counterpart, a Secret Rare with alternate art by KIYOTAKA OSHIYAMA.
A Trainer Gallery VMAX illustrated by kodama.
A Trainer Gallery VMAX illustrated by Scav.
Single Strike Style, a Fighting and Dark type, and Rapid Strike Style, a Fighting and Water type. Kubfu becomes one or the other depending on which tower it trains in (Sword and Shield) or which scroll it is shown (Scarlet and Violet).
Yes. Urshifu and its pre-evolution Kubfu are Legendary Pokémon introduced in The Isle of Armor.

It lets Urshifu's contact moves hit an opponent even through Protect and similar protective moves.

Ranked by each card’s main print in near-mint raw condition. 1st Edition, Shadowless and other versions are priced on each card’s page. The table updates live.
The most valuable Urshifu card is the Rapid Strike Urshifu VMAX, a Secret Rare from Battle Styles in 2021. All 22 Urshifu cards carry a market value, and the ten leaders hold 89 percent of the total value, so a small group of prints sets Urshifu card value. The priced cards span 2019 to 2022, and the top of the ranking sits in Battle Styles and the Brilliant Stars Trainer Gallery.
The Rapid Strike Urshifu VMAX from Battle Styles in 2021 leads the most valuable Urshifu cards by 2.5 times over the next card, the Single Strike Urshifu VMAX from the same set. Both are Secret Rares, meaning the card is numbered beyond the printed set size. Third and fourth are the Single Strike and Rapid Strike Urshifu V from Battle Styles, both Ultra Rares. The Brilliant Stars Trainer Gallery versions from 2022 follow, also Ultra Rares.
Among the ten leading Urshifu cards, six are Ultra Rares and four are Secret Rares. Widening to the leading twenty-five, eight are Ultra Rares and six are Secret Rares, with two each of Holo Rare, Holo Rare V, Holo Rare VMAX and Promo. The V and VMAX names run through the rarity labels, so these Urshifu cards are modern Sword & Shield prints rather than anything from earlier generations.
By the value of its single leading card, Urshifu ranks 279th of 1020 among species with priced cards. By the combined value of its ten leaders it ranks 246th of 753. Kubfu is the only other member of the evolution line. With 89 percent of the value in the top ten and the leader worth 2.5 times the runner-up, the Urshifu card market rests on a few Battle Styles prints rather than a broad spread of cards.
