Stufful is a Generation 7 Normal and Fighting type based on the red panda as well as stuffed animals, with a white flap under its tail resembling the tag on a plush toy that actually functions as a scent gland. Despite its small size and cute appearance it has extraordinary strength and can knock out well-trained Pokémon if they are unprepared. It evolves into Bewear at level 27.
Stufful debuted in A Dream Encounter, appearing in an advertisement before physically showing up in Deceiving Appearances. In Dont Ignore the Small Stufful, it was revealed to be the baby of Team Rocket's caretaker Bewear and was reunited with her. A Trainer's Stufful later appeared in League Offenders and Defenders, mistaken by Team Rocket for Bewear's child.
Stufful debuted as a Common in Sun and Moon illustrated by Sanosuke Sakuma, continuing as a Common through Burning Shadows, Crimson Invasion, Rebel Clash and Fusion Strike before the Mega Evolution set added an illustration rare by OKACHEKE, who also drew its Fusion Strike card.
