Snover

Snover in the anime

Snover first showed up in the short PK18, where one went on a rampage after Piplup and Aipom bumped into it. A male Snover made the species' main animated series debut in The Lonely Snover!, wanting to befriend Ash and his friends before being adopted by a teacher, and a female Snover battled for Candice against Ash's Gliscor and Chimchar in Sliding Into Seventh!, defeating Gliscor before losing to Chimchar. In Over the Mountain of Snow!, an ailing male Snover was cared for by an Abomasnow and, with Clemont's help, recovered.
