Silvally

Silvally's forms

Thanks to its RKS System, Silvally can change its form and type according to the memory attached to it, with eighteen forms in total, one for each type; its eyes, spikes, drives, and fin membrane all change color to match its current type. Silvally's concept bears resemblance to Arceus, which can also change type and appearance based on a held item, and like its pre-evolution it also appears to reference Frankenstein's monster through the bolt-like objects on its face. The rise in Silvally's Speed stat to 95 from Type: Null's 59 is a reversal of the same two digits, and a coding error in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon and Sword and Shield lets its Move Tutor teach it only Grass Pledge despite being programmed to offer all three Pledge moves.
