Regieleki is a round, yellow, golem-like Pokémon made mostly of electric energy generated by a single organ, with lightning-shaped arms and legs and a face pattern of seven pink dots resembling the letter X. It does not evolve, and legend says Regigigas created it from pure electric energy before ancient people came to fear and seal it away. Regieleki has the highest base Speed stat of any Pokémon, and it is the smallest and lightest of the legendary giants.
Regieleki cannot learn Hammer Arm by leveling up, unlike the other legendary giants, learning Thunderbolt instead. Its base HP and Speed stats are the reverse of Regidrago's, and along with Regidrago it is one of only two Generation VIII legendaries that can appear Shiny in Pokémon Sword and Shield.
Regieleki appeared in Chasing to the Finish!, where Goh caught one as part of a Project Mew Trial Mission.
Regieleki appears to be based on an electric charge held in by insulation: its body recalls an incandescent bulb, its restraints look like electrical coils, its arms suggest electric arcs, and its legs resemble a power plug. As a generator found in ancient ruins, it may also draw on out-of-place artifacts such as the Baghdad Battery. Its name may combine the Latin regis, royal, with the Japanese ereki, electric.
Regieleki's first card is a 2021 Evolving Skies Holo Rare illustrated by Shin Nagasawa, followed by an Astral Radiance Rare by Shiburingaru. Silver Tempest delivered its fullest treatment, a V and VMAX pair illustrated by Eske Yoshinob and N-DESIGN Inc., plus their Ultra Rare and Secret Rare counterparts.

Ranked by each card’s main print in near-mint raw condition. 1st Edition, Shadowless and other versions are priced on each card’s page. The table updates live.
The most valuable Regieleki card is the Regieleki VMAX Secret Rare from Silver Tempest, released in 2022. All 7 of the Regieleki cards carry a market value, and they span the years 2019 to 2022, so Regieleki card value is spread across a short, compact run of Sword & Shield prints. The top spot is a single card, and the gap behind it is the clearest feature of the species' market.
The Silver Tempest Secret Rare VMAX leads Regieleki card value by 3.7 times over the next card, the Regieleki V Ultra Rare from the same 2022 set. Third is the Silver Tempest Regieleki VMAX in Holo Rare VMAX, followed by the Silver Tempest Regieleki V in Holo Rare V. A VMAX is the larger evolved form of a V, and a Secret Rare is a card numbered past the printed set count. Silver Tempest supplies the first four of the most valuable Regieleki cards.
Across the seven Regieleki cards, each of seven printed rarities appears once: Secret Rare, Ultra Rare, Holo Rare VMAX, Holo Rare V, Promo, Holo Rare and Rare. Nothing in the Regieleki lineup is a reverse holo, a 1st Edition print or a Shadowless print. The Promo is the Regieleki V from SWSH Black Star Promos in 2019, the Holo Rare is from Evolving Skies in 2021, and the plain Rare is from Astral Radiance in 2022.
By the value of its single leading card, Regieleki ranks 739th of 1020 species with priced cards. That puts the leading Regieleki VMAX in the lower half of the field, and the Regieleki card market rests on the Silver Tempest Secret Rare, with the other six cards sitting well behind it.
