The most valuable Pelipper card is the SVP Black Star Promos Pelipper from 2023, a Promo from the Scarlet & Violet era. All 16 Pelipper cards carry a market value, spanning printings from 2003 to 2025, and the ten leading cards hold 99 percent of the total value, so Pelipper card value sits almost entirely in a short list of prints.
The 2023 SVP Black Star Promos Pelipper leads the most valuable Pelipper cards by 3.2 times over the next card, the 2005 Deoxys set Rare. Third is the Pelipper δ Common from POP Series 5 in 2007, followed by the Paldean Fates Shiny rare from 2024. A shiny rare is a variant-art rarity printed in that set, and the Promo, Rare and Common among the leaders show Pelipper card value spread across several printed rarities.
Pelipper cards in the top twenty-five come from six eras: 5 from EX, 4 from Scarlet & Violet, 3 from Diamond & Pearl, 2 from Sun & Moon, and 1 each from XY and Sword & Shield. The newest era's leader is the SVP Black Star Promos Pelipper from 2023, which ranks 1st overall. Vintage means the WOTC era and modern is every later era, and the whole top ten is modern, 10 of 10, as are 16 of the top twenty-five.
Among the ten leading Pelipper cards, the printed rarities are 4 Rare, 3 Uncommon, 1 Common, 1 Promo and 1 Shiny rare. Widening to the top twenty-five, the count is 9 Uncommon, 4 Rare, 1 Common, 1 Promo and 1 Shiny rare. The Pelipper cards at the top are a mix of ordinary rarities, one promo and a single shiny rare.
Among the 1020 species with priced cards, Pelipper ranks 416th by the value of its single leading card and 411th of 753 by the combined value of its ten leaders. Wingull, the only other member of the line, ranks 895th of 1020 by its top card. The Pelipper card market is therefore carried by Pelipper itself, with the earlier stage of the line well behind it, and its value is concentrated in a few cards.
