Feebas is the Fish Pokémon, a shabby, old-looking Water type with big, deep-set eyes and a tattered dorsal fin, considered the shabbiest Pokémon, which leaves it largely ignored by predators and researchers. It is capable of eating anything and living almost anywhere, though populations tend to cluster in small areas once found, and its dull wits make it easy to capture. It evolves into Milotic once leveled up with a high enough Beauty condition, or, since Generation V, by trading it while it holds a Prism Scale; in games without Contests its Beauty is hidden but still counts. Feebas shares its Fish Pokémon category and identical level-up moves with Magikarp, and the two share the largest base stat total increase of any Pokémon upon evolving, from 200 to 540, each transforming into a serpentine, dragon-like Pokémon.
Haley's Feebas, known as The Loveliest Feebas of All, proved itself a strong Pokémon without evolving in Ya See We Want An Evolution!. In The Cuteness Quotient!, Jinny's Feebas, nicknamed Feeby, competed in the Friendship Festival and evolved into a Milotic during a battle against Meowth, while one of Mismagius's illusions in Malice in Wonderland! depicted Johanna's Feebas evolving into a Milotic.
Feebas's first card came from 2004's Hidden Legends, illustrated by Tomokazu Komiya, followed by two Emerald printings illustrated by Atsuko Nishida and Kagemaru Himeno. Dragon Frontiers added a delta species Feebas illustrated by Yukiko Baba, and Surging Sparks later gave Feebas both a Common and an illustration rare illustrated by Kedamahadaitai Yawarakai and Kuroimori. The 2025 Destined Rivals set introduced Cynthia's Feebas illustrated by kamonabe.

The most valuable Feebas card is the Illustration rare from Surging Sparks, released in 2024. All 19 Feebas cards carry a market value, and the ten leading cards hold 93 percent of the total, so the Feebas card value picture rests on a small group of prints. The cards span 2004 to 2025, with the leading spot held by a Scarlet & Violet era card.
The Surging Sparks Illustration rare from 2024 leads the most valuable Feebas cards by 1.6 times over the next card. That runner-up is a Common from Hidden Legends in 2004. Behind them come two Common prints from Emerald in 2005 and the Feebas δ Common from Dragon Frontiers in 2006. An illustration rare is a modern rarity type that carries extended artwork, while the other leading Feebas cards are Commons.
Of the twenty-five leading Feebas cards, 5 come from Scarlet & Violet, 4 from EX, 3 from Sword & Shield and 2 from Diamond & Pearl. The newest era's leader is the Surging Sparks Feebas from 2024, which sits 1st overall. Vintage means the WOTC era and modern is every later era. All 10 of the top ten and 19 of the top twenty-five Feebas cards are modern.
Among the ten leading Feebas cards, 9 are Commons and 1 is an Illustration rare. Widening to the twenty-five leaders, 18 are Commons and 1 is an Illustration rare. The single Illustration rare is the Surging Sparks card from 2024, and every other Feebas card in these groups is a Common.
By the value of its single leading card, Feebas ranks 776th of 1020 species with priced cards. By the combined value of its ten leaders, it ranks 608th of 753.
