Victini is the Generation V Mythical Pokémon and holds a unique spot in the Unova Pokédex: number 000, listed ahead of the region's first partner Pokémon. It does not evolve. Its ability, Victory Star, is exclusive to it and raises the accuracy of its own moves and its allies', and it is the only Pokémon that can learn Searing Shot. It stands 0.4 meters tall and weighs 4 kilograms.
Victini headlined the fourteenth movie, released as two versions: White, Victini and Zekrom, and Black, Victini and Reshiram. In the story it lives in Eindoak Town and had been a friend of the King of the People of the Vale a thousand years earlier. In the present, Damon hunts it because he needs its power to move the Sword of the Vale back to his people's old kingdom.
Victini's card debut came in Noble Victories (2011), with several versions including a Rare by Shin Nagasawa and a full art Ultra Rare (#98) by 5ban Graphics. The set's #14 holo was also issued as a Black Star Promo, BW32. Plasma Storm (2013) printed Victini-EX, with a full art at #131 by Ryo Ueda, and Dragon Majesty (2018) gave it a Prism Star card.
Battle Styles (2021) paired Victini V, including a full art at #144 by Saki Hayashiro, with Victini VMAX, including a rainbow secret rare at #165 by PLANETA Mochizuki. In 2025 the paired Scarlet & Violet sets Black Bolt and White Flare, built around Unova, each printed a Victini in their Black White Rare slots (Black Bolt #171 and White Flare #172, both by 5ban Graphics). It shares that tier with Zekrom ex and Reshiram ex, its two co-stars from the movie.
Victini pairs Mythical status and a movie lead with a compact, readable card history: Black & White and Sword & Shield hold most of its printings, and its Black Bolt and White Flare cards tie it back to the Unova era it came from.

Ranked by each card’s main print in near-mint raw condition. 1st Edition, Shadowless and other versions are priced on each card’s page. The table updates live.
The most valuable Victini card is the Black White Rare from Black Bolt, released in 2025. Every one of the 38 Victini cards carries a market value, and the ten leading cards hold 95 percent of the total, so a small group of prints sets Victini card value. The priced cards run from 2011 to 2025, and the top of the ranking belongs to the newest sets.
Black Bolt's Black White Rare leads the most valuable Victini cards by 1.2 times over the next card, the Black White Rare from White Flare, also 2025. Third is the Ultra Rare from Noble Victories in 2011, followed by the Victini-EX Ultra Rare from Plasma Storm in 2013. Fifth is a Rare from Dragon Majesty in 2018. Black White Rare is the printed rarity of the top two, and an Ultra Rare is a higher-tier modern print than a standard Rare.
The twenty-five leading Victini cards come from Black & White with 9, Sun & Moon with 5, Sword & Shield with 5, Scarlet & Violet with 4 and XY with 2. The newest era's leader is the Black Bolt card, 1st overall. Every card in the top ten and the top twenty-five is modern, with none from the vintage era; vintage means the WOTC era, and modern is every later era.
Among the ten leading Victini cards, 3 are Rare, 2 are Black White Rare, 2 are Ultra Rare, 1 is Common, 1 is Promo and 1 is Secret Rare. Widening to the top twenty-five, Rare leads with 7, Promo follows with 6, then 3 Holo Rare and 3 Ultra Rare, 2 Black White Rare, and single cards in Common, Holo Rare VMAX and Secret Rare. The ten leaders include prints from XY Black Star Promos and BW Black Star Promos.
Among species with priced cards, Victini ranks 55th of 1020 by the value of its single leading card and 63rd of 753 by the combined value of its ten leaders. With 95 percent of the value in the top ten and the leader only 1.2 times ahead of the second card, Victini card value rests on a few recent prints rather than a long field of mid-ranked cards.
