Staravia evolves from Starly at level 14 and into Staraptor at level 34. It has a black head and upper body, an M-shaped mark across its white chest, and a crest that curls forward from the back of its head. It lives near forests and fields hunting Bug Pokémon, and, aware of its own weakness alone, forms flocks of its own kind that cry noisily if separated, though these flocks can turn extremely territorial toward rival groups.
Staravia appears in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Adventure!.

Ranked by each card’s main print in near-mint raw condition. 1st Edition, Shadowless and other versions are priced on each card’s page. The table updates live.
The most valuable Staravia card is the Uncommon from POP Series 6, printed in 2007, which leads the Staravia card value ranking ahead of a Majestic Dawn card from 2008. All 11 Staravia cards carry a market value, and they span 2007 to 2023. The ten leading cards hold 100 percent of the total value, so the whole Staravia market sits inside that top group.
POP Series 6 (2007) leads the most valuable Staravia cards by 53.7 times over the next card, the Majestic Dawn Uncommon from 2008. Diamond & Pearl (2007) and Stormfront (2008) follow in the next two places, both Uncommon cards from the Diamond & Pearl era. Plasma Freeze (2013) rounds out the leading five, also an Uncommon. Every card in this group is a standard Uncommon print, so the size of the lead over second place is the clearest feature of the ranking.
Staravia card value comes from the modern era, where modern is every era after WOTC: all 10 of the leading cards and all 11 of the twenty-five leading cards are modern. Diamond & Pearl supplies the most, with 4 cards in the top twenty-five, followed by Sword & Shield with 2. EX, Black & White, XY, Sun & Moon and Scarlet & Violet each place 1. The newest era's leader is the Scarlet & Violet card from 2023, a Common in 10th place overall.
The leading Staravia cards are almost all one kind of print. Among the ten leaders, 9 are Uncommon and 1 is Common. Widening to the twenty-five leading cards, the count is 10 Uncommon and 1 Common. Staravia cards at the top of the ranking are standard prints from their sets, led by the Uncommon rarity.
Staravia ranks 456th of 1020 species with priced cards by the value of its single leading card, and 532nd of 753 by the combined value of its ten leaders. Within its evolution line, Staraptor ranks 320th of 1020 by top card and Starly 621st of 1020. Staravia sits in the middle of the field on its best card and lower on depth, which fits a market built around one standout card with the rest of the ten trailing far behind it.
