Finizen in the games

Finizen is a light blue, dolphin-like Pokémon with two-tone blue and pink pupils and pale wave patterns along its sides. It creates a detachable ring of water at the base of its tail by mixing seawater with a secreted fluid, using it to play with others of its kind, and can sense emotions in other creatures through ultrasonic waves. Finizen evolves into Palafin from level 38 while in a Union Circle group, the only Pokémon that evolves this way, and it lives in pods, competing with Barraskewda for food while being preyed upon by Dragalge.
