Revive returns a Basic Pokémon from the discard pile to the Bench. The Base Set wording required placing damage counters equal to half the Pokémon's HP, rounded down to the nearest 10, and blocked use if the Bench was full, while the Black and White wording simplified this to putting the Pokémon onto the Bench with no damage penalty.
The card debuted in the WOTC era's Base Set with Keiji Kinebuchi art, then returned as an Item in the Black and White era's own-named set with new art by 5ban Graphics. It appeared again in the XY era's Roaring Skies with art by Toyste Beach, and as a retro card in Evolutions reusing the original Kinebuchi artwork. Our catalog lists 4 printings.
