Moomoo Milk lets a player choose one of their Pokémon and flip two coins, healing that Pokémon for each heads result. The original HeartGold SoulSilver wording removed 3 damage counters per heads, while the Lost Thunder wording restated this as healing 30 damage per heads, the same amount under the newer damage-counter-free phrasing.
The card debuted in the HeartGold and SoulSilver era's own-named set with art by Noriko Hotta, and was reprinted twice in the HS Trainer Kit's Raichu deck. It returned in the Sun and Moon era's Lost Thunder with new art by Ayaka Yoshida. Our catalog lists 4 printings across 3 sets.
Both HS Trainer Kit Raichu printings share the original wording and the Noriko Hotta credit, while the Lost Thunder printing carries the updated 30-damage phrasing and is illustrated by Ayaka Yoshida.
