Rosa

Rosa beyond the games: Pokémon Masters EX

Rosa is a sync pair in the mobile game Pokémon Masters EX, playable since launch and joining the player early in the PML story. Her main pairing is Snivy, which evolves into Servine and Serperior, and her other sync pairs add Delibird, Sky Forme Shaymin, Dewott, Meloetta and Spring Form Deerling.

Rosa on cards: from Cosmic Eclipse to Rosa's Encouragement

Rosa's first Trainer card, a Supporter simply named Rosa, arrived in Cosmic Eclipse on November 1, 2019, as a Rare (#204) illustrated by Yusuke Ohmura, who also drew her official Black 2 and White 2 artwork, and a full-art Ultra Rare (#236) illustrated by kirisAki. It can only be played if one of your Pokémon was Knocked Out during the opponent's last turn, and then searches the deck for a Pokémon, a Trainer card and a basic Energy card.

More than six years later she returned with a new Supporter, Rosa's Encouragement, in Perfect Order (March 27, 2026), printed as an Uncommon (#084) and an Ultra Rare (#114), both illustrated by Atsushi Furusawa, plus a Special Illustration Rare (#123) with separate artwork by Iori Suzuki. It can only be played while you have more Prize cards remaining than your opponent, and attaches up to two Basic Energy cards from the discard pile to one of your Stage 2 Pokémon. Like her first card, it is built for a player who is behind.

She also appears on a Pokémon card without being named on it: Serperior V from the Silver Tempest Trainer Gallery (TG13) shows her with her Serperior.
