Melony

Melony beyond the games: Twilight Wings and the Hero's Bath

Melony's animated appearances come from the web series Pokémon: Twilight Wings. She battles Gordie's Gigantamax Coalossal in a visual in the episode Assistant, and in The Gathering of Stars she is shown relaxing at Circhester's Hero's Bath with her Galarian Darmanitan and Frosmoth after receiving her invitation to the Galarian Star Tournament. She is also a playable sync pair with Lapras in Pokémon Masters EX.

Melony on cards: from Chilling Reign to the Crown Zenith Galarian Gallery

Her card run opens in Chilling Reign (June 18, 2021) with an Uncommon Supporter (#146) illustrated by take, an Ultra Rare full art version (#195) and a Secret Rare (#218), the latter two both by Taira Akitsu. The Astral Radiance Trainer Gallery added an Ultra Rare (#TG26) by nagimiso in 2022, and the Crown Zenith Galarian Gallery closed the run with a further Ultra Rare (#GG64) by saino misaki on January 20, 2023.

How collectors approach Melony's cards

Three of her five cards are Ultra Rares, each drawn by a different artist: the Chilling Reign full art by Taira Akitsu, the Astral Radiance Trainer Gallery card by nagimiso and the Crown Zenith Galarian Gallery card by saino misaki. The Chilling Reign Secret Rare is the only card in her run above the Ultra Rare tier, and it shares Akitsu as illustrator with the full art from the same set.
