Nemona lives in Cabo Poco, next door to the player, in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet (2022), and attends the same academy: Naranja in Scarlet, Uva in Violet. She is also president of the academy's student council. Unlike earlier rivals, she has already finished her own journey and holds Champion rank before the game begins, so she builds a fresh team alongside the player in the hope of finding a true equal. She is cheerful and battle-mad, and turns up across Paldea to test the player's progress as they work through the region's Gyms.
At the start she takes the first partner Pokémon that is weak to the player's choice. The game's opening cutscene also shows her with a Combat Breed Paldean Tauros, though she never battles with it. Once the player passes the Champion Assessment and joins her at Champion rank, Nemona challenges them to a full-strength battle in Mesagoza with a six-Pokémon team that includes Pawmot and her fully evolved starter. After the player finishes Victory Road and the two other storylines, she travels into Area Zero with the player, Arven and Penny, fighting beside the player in Multi Battles.
She returns in The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero epilogue, Mochi Mayhem, where Pecharunt's toxic mochi puts her under its control and the player has to battle her to break it.
Every Nemona card is a Trainer card. The Supporter named Nemona debuted as a Common in the Scarlet & Violet base set on March 31, 2023 (#180), with Sanosuke Sakuma's art of her in the Naranja Academy uniform. Its effect is as simple as Supporters get: draw three cards.
Paldean Fates (January 26, 2024) printed the same Supporter three more times. The Common at #082 carries a second Sakuma illustration of her in the Uva Academy uniform, first used in Japan's ex Starter Sets. A full-art Ultra Rare (#229) is also by Sakuma, and the Special Illustration Rare (#238) has separate artwork by aspara. The set added her one card that is not the Supporter: Nemona's Backpack (#083), an Uncommon Item illustrated by AYUMI ODASHIMA that puts up to two Nemona cards from the discard pile back into the hand.
No Pokémon card is named for her, so a Nemona collection is a Trainer collection. The two Commons are worth owning as a pair, since between them they show both academy uniforms, and the Paldean Fates full art and Special Illustration Rare are her two special treatments, the first by Sakuma and the second with separate artwork by aspara.

Five Trainer cards: the Nemona Supporter from Scarlet & Violet (2023), three more printings of it in Paldean Fates (2024) including a full-art Ultra Rare and a Special Illustration Rare, and the Item Nemona's Backpack from Paldean Fates.
No. Every card with her name is a Trainer card, and no Pokémon card is named as hers.
She is the player's neighbor, classmate and rival, and already holds Champion rank when the story begins. She battles the player throughout the adventure and faces them at full strength once they become a Champion too.
It draws three cards, with no other cost or condition.

RIVAL
5 Trainer cards · 0 partner Pokémon
Nemona is the player's neighbor and rival in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, a Champion-ranked Trainer before the story begins. Her five English cards, from the Scarlet & Violet base set (2023) to Paldean Fates (2024), include a full-art Ultra Rare and a Special Illustration Rare.
No published index yet — too few of Nemona’s cards trade often enough to strike one.
