Simipour is a Water type that evolves from Panpour using a Water Stone. Its dreadlock-like head tufts store water gathered by its tail, which can shoot a jet powerful enough to destroy a concrete wall, and it shares its Torrent Ability with only its pre-evolution among non-starter Pokémon. It represents February in the Unova horoscope.
Simipour debuted under Betty's ownership in Search for the Clubultimate!, defeating Getty's Simisear before later losing to Ash's Scraggy in A Clubsplosion of Excitement!. Three Simipour also appeared in The Legend of the Ninja Hero!, one of them protecting the Ninja Village.
Simipour's first card was a 2011 Black and White Uncommon illustrated by Kagemaru Himeno, with a Rare from Sumiyoshi Kizuki following in Emerging Powers. Later illustrators include Kouki Saitou on XY, Masakazu Fukuda on BREAKthrough, and a 2025 Black Bolt release pairing an Uncommon by Makura Tami with an Illustration Rare by Yoriyuki Ikegami.
