Seaking

Seaking in the anime

The Sensational Sisters own a Seaking that first appeared in The Misty Mermaid, marking the species' debut, and it later reappeared in Cerulean Blues and in a fantasy sequence in Alola, Alola!. In Hook, Line, and Stinker, Ash and Misty both hooked a Seaking during a local fishing competition, and Juan used a Seaking in a Gym battle against Ash in The Great Eight Fate!, where it blocked Pikachu's Electric attacks with Horn Drill and defeated Snorunt before Pikachu and Corphish finally took it down.

Seaking on cards

Seaking's first card came from 1999 Jungle, illustrated by Kagemaru Himeno, with Misty's Seaking following in 2000's Gym Heroes illustrated by Ken Sugimori. Atsuko Nishida illustrated three separate Seaking printings across Deoxys, Diamond & Pearl, and a Manaphy trainer kit. Prismatic Evolutions and 2026's Pitch Black carried Seaking into recent sets, with the latter illustrated by OKUBO and the former illustrated by Nelnal.
