Remoraid in the anime

Remoraid made its animated debut in The Light Fantastic, where a multitude of them lived on Remoraid Mountain. It later turned up in a Joy of Water Pokémon flashback tied to Nurse Joy's fear of the type, in a shipwreck under a Mantine's protection in Mantine Overboard!, and among Marcellus's Pokémon in Octillery The Outcast!, where some of his Remoraid evolved into Octillery.

Remoraid on cardboard

Remoraid's first card arrived in the Neo Revelation Common illustrated by Miki Tanaka, with Neo Destiny and Aquapolis (art by Mitsuhiro Arita) following soon after in the WOTC era. The line has run steady since, with Midori Harada, Suwama Chiaki, and Minahamu each contributing entries from the EX era through Journey Together, up to the Chaos Rising printing from Mori Yuu in the Mega Evolution era. Suwama Chiaki illustrated both Remoraid Commons in BREAKthrough.
