Slakoth

Slakoth in the anime and manga

Slakoth physically debuted in Love, Petalburg Style and Balance of Power, under the ownership of Gym Leader Norman, who used it in his Gym battle against Ash; it proved strong against Pikachu with Blizzard but lost to Torkoal's Flamethrower. In The Garden of Eatin', multiple Slakoth living in the Banana Slakoth Garden were unable to stop a rampaging Snorlax from eating all the bananas until one of them evolved into a Vigoroth and defeated it. A Shiny Slakoth also appears in the manga story I Can't Choose, Eevee.
