The variants decide how large the Skyridge master set gets: 343 slots for 182 cards, about 1.9 slots per card, because 150 of the slots are reverse holos stacked on top of the base run. The checklist counts 144 official cards with 38 secret cards above that. By finish the slots split into 151 normal, 150 reverse holo and 42 holo. Laid out nine to a side, the full Skyridge master set fills 20 double-sided binder pages. It is a WOTC era set from the English-language Pokémon TCG, released May 12, 2003.
Reverse holo is the family that matters most in the Skyridge master set, with 150 slots, and it covers the Common, Uncommon and Rare cards. A reverse holo is the same card printed with the foil on the frame and body instead of the art, so it takes its own binder slot. Normal prints add 144 slots and holo prints 38. The rest are small and specific: four Holo Foil Cracked Ice Jumbo slots and single-digit stamped normal families named for Chris Fulop, Kevin Nguyen, Reed Weichler and Tsuguyoshi Yamato. Those names mark player-linked prints and are the easiest slots to overlook on a master set checklist.
| Variant family | Slots | Priced | Share of value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reverse Holo | 150 | 148 | 44% |
| Normal | 144 | 144 | 13% |
| Holo | 38 | 35 | 43% |
| Holo Foil Cracked Ice Jumbo | 4 | 0 | — |
| Normal Chris Fulop | 3 | 2 | <1% |
| Normal Kevin Nguyen | 2 | 2 | <1% |
| Normal Reed Weichler | 1 | 1 | <1% |
| Normal Tsuguyoshi Yamato | 1 | 1 | <1% |
The Skyridge master set cost is spread more evenly than the big-name cards suggest. As of October 24, 2026, 333 of the 343 slots carry a price, and the ten most valuable slots hold 36 percent of the total value. By finish, reverse holos hold 44 percent, holos 43 percent and normal prints 13 percent. The 150 reverse holo slots together outweigh the 42 holo slots by a small margin, so the reverse holos are not filler. The lower-value half of the priced slots holds only 9 percent of the total, which means a short list of slots carries most of the value in the Skyridge master set.

Five slots carry 27 percent of the Skyridge master set's total value. The Umbreon holo, a Holo Rare, leads, followed by the Celebi holo, a Rare. Then comes a surprise for newcomers: the Charizard reverse holo ranks 3rd and the Gengar reverse holo 4th, both Rares, and both are variants rather than the card's main print, so a collector who owns the holo may still be missing a top slot. The Alakazam holo, another Holo Rare, rounds out the five in 5th. Finding clean copies of those reverse holos is what slows a Skyridge master set most.
At 343 slots, the Skyridge master set is about 1.5 times the era median of 226 slots among WOTC sets, and it ranks 1st by master set value among the 16 comparable sets of its era. It is a large job on both counts. The previous set, Aquapolis, is slightly larger at 349 slots but holds lower master set value. The next set, Ruby & Sapphire, is smaller at 280 slots and also holds lower value, so Skyridge sits at the top of that stretch of releases for master set value.

A Skyridge master set is one copy of every card AND every variant in the set — the 182 cards on this page, with their Normal, Reverse Holo and Holo prints each listed and priced on their own. Sign in and the checklist tracks what you own, in step with the Cardboard Alpha app.
The large NM-only figure is a complete catalog estimate when every printing has current NM pricing. LP, MP, HP, and DMG “and up” totals below it use the requested condition or a better available condition. These are summed reference prices, not a quote from one seller; a dash means the current market does not cover every printing yet.
“LP and up” means lightly played or better: the total uses LP when available, then NM as the better-condition fallback. The MP, HP, and DMG tiers follow the same pattern.
