The Unseen Forces master set takes 266 slots against the 143 cards in the set, which an official count of 115 plus 2 secret cards makes up. Each card adds about 1.9 slots on average. Reverse holos account for 100 of them, normal prints for 97 and holos for 69. Laid out nine to a side, the full run fills 15 double-sided binder pages, a manageable job for an EX era expansion released on August 22, 2005 in the English-language Pokémon TCG.
The Unseen Forces master set is built mostly on three families: Reverse Holo with 100 slots, Normal with 81 and Holo with 62. Reverse holo versions exist for Rare, Uncommon and Common cards, which is why that family is so large. The rest is a scattering of smaller families tied to named players and a foil stamp, including Normal Miska Saari with 5 slots, Holo Foil Cosmos, and Holo Hiroki Yano and Holo Jimmy Ballard with 2 slots each. Those smaller printings are separate binder slots even though the card underneath is the same.

The Unseen Forces master set cost is concentrated at the top. As of October 24, 2026, 237 of the 266 slots carry a price, and the ten most valuable slots hold 49 percent of the total value. By finish, holos account for 64 percent, reverse holos for 33 percent and normal prints for just 3 percent. The lower-value half of the priced slots adds up to only 3 percent of the total. Condition matters too: an LP and up master set totals 14 percent below Near Mint, while MP and up sits 38 percent below.

Finishing the Unseen Forces master set comes down to a short run of holo rares: Lugia ex, Raikou ☆, Suicune ☆, Entei ☆ and Celebi ex, in value order from first to fifth. All five are the main Holo prints of Rare cards rather than obscure variants, so none of the difficulty hides in a side family. Together these five slots hold 37 percent of the master set's total value, which means the rest of the binder fills in far more easily than the last few pages of this set's rares.
At 266 slots, the Unseen Forces master set runs about 1.1 times the era median of 234 slots among EX era sets. By master set value it ranks 3rd of 16 comparable sets in its era, so the value sits higher than the slot count suggests. The previous set, Emerald, has 244 slots, and the next, Delta Species, has 258; the master sets of both hold less value than this one. Unseen Forces is a moderate job by size and a demanding one by value.

A Unseen Forces master set is one copy of every card AND every variant in the set — the 143 cards on this page, with their Normal, Reverse Holo and Holo prints each listed and priced on their own. Sign in and the checklist tracks what you own, in step with the Cardboard Alpha app.
The large NM-only figure is a complete catalog estimate when every printing has current NM pricing. LP, MP, HP, and DMG “and up” totals below it use the requested condition or a better available condition. These are summed reference prices, not a quote from one seller; a dash means the current market does not cover every printing yet.
“LP and up” means lightly played or better: the total uses LP when available, then NM as the better-condition fallback. The MP, HP, and DMG tiers follow the same pattern.
