The variants are what stretch the Team Up master set: 332 slots against 196 cards in the set, which is 181 official cards plus 15 secret cards, so each card adds about 1.7 slots on average. Reverse holos take 136 of those slots, normal prints 133 and holos 63. Laid out nine to a side, the full master set checklist fills 19 double-sided binder pages. It covers the English-language Pokémon TCG release from the Sun & Moon era, dated January 31, 2019.
Only three finish families make up the Team Up master set, and the reverse holo family is the largest at 136 slots. Reverse holos in this set sit on the rare, uncommon and common cards, so most of the regular rarity ladder needs a normal print and a reverse holo finish in the binder. The holo family adds 63 slots and covers the cards printed with a holographic finish as their main version. There are no stamped or edition-specific families here, which keeps the plan for the binder simple.
| Variant family | Slots | Priced | Share of value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reverse Holo | 136 | 136 | 3.5% |
| Normal | 133 | 132 | 4.6% |
| Holo | 63 | 63 | 92% |
Value in the Team Up master set is concentrated at the top. The ten most valuable slots hold 76 percent of the total, and holo slots account for 92 percent of it, against 5 percent for normal prints and 4 percent for reverse holos. The lower-value half of the priced slots holds only a sliver by comparison. As of October 24, 2026, 331 of the 332 slots carry a price. Condition matters too: the LP and up total sits 27 percent below the Near Mint total, and the MP and up total sits 38 percent below it.

A handful of tag team holos decide how hard the Team Up master set is to finish. Latias & Latios GX leads in value, followed by Gengar & Mimikyu GX and Magikarp & Wailord GX, all Ultra Rare holos. Gengar & Mimikyu GX appears again in 4th place as a Secret Rare and in 5th as another Ultra Rare, so one Pokémon accounts for several of the toughest slots. None of these is a variant of a card's main print. They are the cards' own holo versions, and together the five hardest slots hold 64 percent of the master set's total value.
At 332 slots, the Team Up master set runs about 1.1 times the Sun & Moon era median of 292, so it is a slightly larger job than a typical set of its era. It ranks 1st by master set value among the 16 comparable sets in the era. The previous set, Lost Thunder, is bigger at 405 slots, yet its master set holds lower total value. The next set, Detective Pikachu, is far smaller at 18 slots and also holds lower value. Team Up pairs a mid-sized checklist with a top-ranked master set value.

A Team Up master set is one copy of every card AND every variant in the set — the 196 cards on this page, with their Normal, Reverse Holo and Holo prints each listed and priced on their own. Sign in and the checklist tracks what you own, in step with the Cardboard Alpha app.
The large NM-only figure is a complete catalog estimate when every printing has current NM pricing. LP, MP, HP, and DMG “and up” totals below it use the requested condition or a better available condition. These are summed reference prices, not a quote from one seller; a dash means the current market does not cover every printing yet.
“LP and up” means lightly played or better: the total uses LP when available, then NM as the better-condition fallback. The MP, HP, and DMG tiers follow the same pattern.
