Paradox Rift is an expansion in the Scarlet & Violet era of the English-language Pokémon TCG, released on November 3, 2023 under the set code PAR. It carries 182 official cards, with 84 secret cards numbered above that count. The set is built around Paradox Pokémon, and its multi-version ex cards show it: Garchomp ex, Iron Valiant ex and Roaring Moon ex each appear four times, with Altaria ex and Gholdengo ex printed three times apiece. Water, Fighting, Colorless and Psychic are the types it leans on most, and the card list is filled out by a large field of illustration rares.
The Paradox Rift card list climbs from commons, uncommons and rares to a chase tier of 104 cards: double rares, ultra rares, illustration rares, special illustration rares and 7 hyper rares, with the secret cards sitting above the printed 182. The most valuable cards are illustration rares: Groudon leads, followed by Morpeko, Plusle and Minun, with the special illustration rare Altaria ex also in the top five. Illustrators behind that group include Nurikabe, Yuu Nishida and OKACHEKE, who drew both Plusle and Minun. The top five cards hold 26 percent of the set's total card value, so value is spread fairly evenly across the chase tier.
As of October 2026, Paradox Rift ranks 9th by total card value among the 16 comparable Scarlet & Violet sets and 89th across the 130 sets in the game, with a master set value about equal to the era median. Its top card, Groudon, ranks 11th in the era, and its trading activity ranks 13th. At 182 printed cards it runs larger than the era median of 164. It followed 151, which holds more total value, and came before Paldean Fates, which also holds more.

A full Paradox Rift run covers 266 catalog printings, and all 266 are priced. With the top five cards holding 26 percent of total value, the cost of a complete set is not driven by a single card, since the chase tier of 104 cards carries much of it. Collectors working the card list will also meet 120 distinct illustrators, led by 5ban Graphics with 16 cards. The sealed line is broad at 31 products, including booster boxes, booster bundles, Elite Trainer Boxes, blisters and Build & Battle Boxes.
