The hardest slots set the pace in the Celestial Storm master set, but the full job is 317 slots, well above the 183 cards in the set: 168 official cards plus 15 secret rares, with each card adding about 1.7 slots on average. Reverse holos take 135 slots, normal prints 125 and holos 57. Laid out nine to a side, the master set fills 18 double-sided binder pages. It belongs to the Sun & Moon era of the English-language Pokémon TCG, released on August 3, 2018.
The Celestial Storm master set checklist splits into three families: Reverse Holo with 135 slots, Normal with 125 and Holo with 57. The extra slots come from reverse holos, which exist for the Common, Uncommon and Rare cards, so each of those cards needs both a normal print and a reverse holo slot. Holo slots cover the holofoil rares and the higher tiers of the set. There are no stamped or special-edition families in this master set, so the checklist stays a straightforward count of the three finishes.
| Variant family | Slots | Priced | Share of value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reverse Holo | 135 | 135 | 12% |
| Normal | 125 | 125 | 12% |
| Holo | 57 | 57 | 76% |
The Celestial Storm master set cost is concentrated at the top. As of October 24, 2026, 317 of 317 slots carry a price, and the ten most valuable slots hold 50 percent of the total value. Holo slots account for 75 percent of the value, while normal prints hold 13 percent and reverse holos 12 percent. The lower-value half of the priced slots adds up to only 2 percent. Condition matters too: a Lightly Played and up master set sits 24 percent below the Near Mint total, and a Moderately Played and up set sits 31 percent below it.

A handful of holo slots decide how hard the Celestial Storm master set is to finish: the Secret Rare Rayquaza GX, the Ultra Rare Rayquaza GX, the Ultra Rare Lisia, the Secret Rare Scizor GX and the Secret Rare Articuno GX. All five are the main holo print of their card rather than a variant, so there is no hidden reverse holo surprise at the top of this checklist. Together they hold 37 percent of the master set's total value, which means the last stretch of the binder is defined by these few pockets.
At 317 slots, the Celestial Storm master set is about equal to the era median of 292 slots, so it is an ordinary-sized job for Sun & Moon. By master set value it ranks 7th among the 16 comparable sets of its era. The set before it, Forbidden Light, has 249 slots and a master set holding lower value, while the set after it, Dragon Majesty, is a much smaller master set at 133 slots, also with lower value.

A Celestial Storm master set is one copy of every card AND every variant in the set — the 183 cards on this page, with their Normal, Reverse Holo and Holo prints each listed and priced on their own. Sign in and the checklist tracks what you own, in step with the Cardboard Alpha app.
The large NM-only figure is a complete catalog estimate when every printing has current NM pricing. LP, MP, HP, and DMG “and up” totals below it use the requested condition or a better available condition. These are summed reference prices, not a quote from one seller; a dash means the current market does not cover every printing yet.
“LP and up” means lightly played or better: the total uses LP when available, then NM as the better-condition fallback. The MP, HP, and DMG tiers follow the same pattern.
