Two Legends is a booster set for the One Piece Card Game, released on September 13, 2024 under the set code OP08. It is a mid-sized release of 154 catalog printings, built on a familiar ladder that runs from commons and uncommons up through rares, super rares, leaders and a handful of secret rares, plus three DON!! cards. Charlotte Pudding appears in five printings, with Carrot and Tony Tony.Chopper in four each, so the set leans on repeat appearances of a few characters. It spans six colours, Purple, Yellow, Red, Black, Green and Blue, and its leaders are Carrot, Charlotte Pudding, Kalgara, King, Marco and Tony Tony.Chopper.
The chase side of Two Legends covers 39 cards across the super rare, leader, secret rare and treasure rare tiers, with only five secret rares at the very top. Silvers Rayleigh in secret rare is the most valuable card, followed by the super rare Portgas.D.Ace, then Jewelry Bonney, a common that sits 3rd by value on the strength of its alternate versions. The treasure rare Monkey.D.Luffy and a Charlotte Pudding rare round out the leading names. Value is heavily concentrated, as the top five cards alone hold 69 percent of the set's total card value.
As of October 2026, Two Legends sits 17th of the 17 comparable Booster Packs sets by total card value, at about 0.3 times the era median, and 22nd of 22 across the whole game. Its most valuable single card also ranks 17th in its era, though its trading activity is steadier, placing 10th. It came after 500 Years in the Future, which holds more total value, and before Premium Booster -The Best-, which also holds more. At 154 printings it is a compact release that leads the era in none of the value measures.

Completing Two Legends means tracking down all 154 catalog printings, and every one of them is priced. Because 69 percent of the set's value sits in just five cards, the cost of a full run is driven by a few secret rares, a treasure rare and a super rare, while the commons, uncommons and rares are inexpensive by comparison, though a few common printings such as Jewelry Bonney rank among the most valuable cards. The sealed line lists eight products, mainly booster boxes, displays and packs, along with a booster case and a double pack set. Deck builders will find the six leaders, among them Carrot, Charlotte Pudding and Marco, spread across several colours.
