Most Valuable Clefairy Pokemon Cards: A Price Guide
Base Set Clefairy's 1st Edition Shadowless print is the character's most valuable card by a wide margin: five reported PSA 10 sales with an $8,000 median. No other Clefairy card's PSA 10 median reaches $420; the top ten are ranked here from Cardboard Alpha's own sale ledger.
The most valuable Clefairy card is the 1999 Base Set Holo Rare, 5/102, in its 1st Edition Shadowless print. Cardboard Alpha's ledger holds five reported PSA 10 sales of it between August 2022 and January 2026, with a median of $8,000.00 and a high of $11,500.00 on October 20, 2025.
Nothing else Clefairy has appeared on comes close. Outside Base Set Clefairy's own print runs, the next-highest PSA 10 median on the ledger belongs to a different Base Set card entirely, the Clefairy Doll trainer, at $415.00.
Every figure in this guide comes from Cardboard Alpha's own sale ledger, read on September 26, 2026. Those rows are eBay sales reported to us through a third-party sales aggregator, rather than sales we observed first-hand, so read each number with its sale count beside it.
How this ranking is built
Clefairy has appeared on 42 English-language printings since 1999, counting Clefairy Doll, Erika's Clefairy and Lillie's Clefairy ex, per Cardboard Alpha's catalog. Of those, 31 have at least one reported PSA 9 or PSA 10 sale on the ledger, and 17 have at least one such sale at $100 or more.
The ranking below uses each printing's median PSA 10 sale, not its most recent or its highest. A single sale can sit far from the rest: several printings here have one outlier sale several times their median.
One row per printing: where a card has several print variants, the row uses the variant with the highest PSA 10 median, and the other variants are covered in that card's section.
Five-sale floor: printings with fewer than five reported PSA 10 sales are left out of the table, because a median of one or two sales says little.
Excluded rows: sales our ledger flags as mismatched to the print variant, ambiguous about the finish, screened out on price, or received with no listing title are not counted.

The Base Set print ladder
The ledger splits Base Set Clefairy by print run, and the runs price very differently at the same grade.
PSA 10, 1st Edition Shadowless: $8,000.00 median across 5 sales, ranging from $7,056.00 to $11,500.00 (2022-08-15 to 2026-01-02).
PSA 10, Shadowless (no 1st Edition stamp): $3,275.00 median across 3 sales, ranging from $1,200.00 to $7,000.00 (2022-10-24 to 2025-12-10).
PSA 10, no 1st Edition or Shadowless designation: two sales, $915.55 on 2022-12-20 and $5,777.04 on 2026-05-16, too far apart to read as a price.
PSA 9, 1st Edition Shadowless: $3,220.50 median across 10 sales, ranging from $2,000.00 to $5,501.00 (2025-11-07 to 2026-07-05).
PSA 9, Shadowless: $400.00 median across 19 sales.
The card's page on Cardboard Alpha headlines a PSA 10 figure of $2,840.00. That number is the data provider's own published 90-day median on four sales, a different measure from the per-print sale history above, so the two will not match.
Raw pricing is left out on purpose. The ledger's raw near-mint guide value for this card, $335.47 on 2026-09-26, is the same figure across the 1st Edition Shadowless and Shadowless prints, so it cannot be read as the 1st Edition raw price, and this guide states no raw-to-PSA-10 multiple.
1st Edition Shadowless PSA 10: $415.00 median across 11 reported sales, 2020-12-29 to 2025-10-02, per Cardboard Alpha's ledger read 2026-09-26.
Clefairy Doll, the Trainer card
Clefairy Doll is not a Pokemon card at all. It is a Base Set Trainer card, and the only non-Pokemon printing in this guide.
Its 1st Edition Shadowless print has 11 reported PSA 10 sales, from December 2020 to October 2025, with a $415.00 median. The range runs from $318.33 to a $1,500.00 high on October 2, 2025, the most recent of the 11.
The later prints sit well below that. The Unlimited print's PSA 10 median is $147.72 across 29 sales, with one $999.00 outlier, and the Shadowless print's is $130.22 across 19. As with Base Set Clefairy, the raw guide value is shared across the print variants, so no raw-to-graded multiple is stated.
Evolutions Clefairy, the 2016 reprint
Evolutions' 2016 Clefairy (63/108), a Rare, ranks third in its Holo print on PSA 10 median at $390.00 across 11 reported sales. That median sits above both Lillie's Clefairy ex Special Illustration Rares.
It is also the most scattered record in the top five. The 11 sales run from 2021 to April 2026 and range from $70.00 to a $1,275.00 outlier on July 29, 2024, and the most recent, on April 23, 2026, was $114.99.
The Reverse Holo print of the same card is a separate market, with a $70.00 PSA 10 median across 27 sales.
Two Erika's Clefairy prints, one price
Gym Heroes and Gym Challenge each carry an Erika's Clefairy, released two months apart in 2000. Gym Heroes' 25/132 is a Rare, and Gym Challenge's 40/132 is an Uncommon.
Printed rarity makes almost no difference in PSA 10. The Gym Challenge 1st Edition print's median is $69.98 across 29 sales and the Gym Heroes 1st Edition print's is $69.00 across 21.
The two differ mostly at the top of the range. Gym Challenge's high is a $382.62 sale on May 4, 2026, and Gym Heroes' high is $249.99. In the Unlimited prints, Gym Challenge's PSA 10 median is $59.50 on 4 sales and Gym Heroes' is $38.50 on 12.
Lillie's Clefairy ex by rarity tier
Lillie's Clefairy ex printed at three rarity tiers in Journey Together (2025) and two in Ascended Heroes (2026), plus an SVP Black Star Promo. Journey Together's three prints of the same character in one set make a clean rarity-to-price comparison.

Cardboard Alpha sale ledger, PSA 10 medians of reported sales (76, 47 and 27 sales), price data effective 2026-09-26.
The Special Illustration Rare's $350.00 median rests on 76 sales between August 11 and September 24, 2026, ranging from $230.00 to $473.82. The Ultra Rare's $60.00 median rests on 47 sales and the Double Rare's $35.00 on 27.
Ascended Heroes repeats the pattern. Its 280/131 Special Illustration Rare has a $335.00 PSA 10 median across 103 sales, against a $34.00 median for the 076/131 Double Rare on just 2 sales.
The SVP Black Star Promo (195) sits above every lower-tier print and well below both Special Illustration Rares, at an $87.50 PSA 10 median across 46 sales.
Perfect Order and the newest printings
The newest Clefairy cards in Cardboard Alpha's catalog are from Perfect Order, released March 27, 2026: a Common (030) and an Illustration Rare (094).
The Illustration Rare has the deepest PSA 10 record of any Clefairy card, 159 reported sales between August 19 and September 23, 2026. Its $140.00 median ranks sixth, and its range, $95.75 to $179.98, is the narrowest in dollar terms in the top ten. Raw prices for Perfect Order's Illustration Rares sit beside three other recent sets in a Delta Reign Illustration Rare preview.
What this guide does not rank
The remaining printings are mostly Commons and Uncommons from 2000 onward, plus the lower-tier Lillie's prints covered above, and most have few or no reported PSA 10 sales. Printings with fewer than five PSA 10 sales stay out of the table even when a single sale is high.
Base Set 2's Clefairy (6/130), a Holo Rare, is the clearest gap. It has a $129.00 PSA 9 median across 23 sales, but no admitted PSA 10 sale on the ledger as of this read, which is a gap in the record rather than a zero.
No PSA or CGC population count appears in this guide. PSA's population pages could not be read by an automated fetch, and no population figure could be verified, so none is stated for any printing.
Grading premiums here describe history, not a forecast. None of the medians above implies that the next sale of the same card will land at the same price. See the wider Pokemon catalog for how these printings sit against every other card Cardboard Alpha tracks, or how full sets price by rarity tier for the same print-tier pattern across entire releases.
Frequently asked questions
What is the most valuable Clefairy card?
The 1999 Base Set Holo Rare (5/102) in its 1st Edition Shadowless print, graded PSA 10. Cardboard Alpha's ledger holds five reported PSA 10 sales of it between 2022 and January 2026, with an $8,000.00 median and an $11,500.00 high on October 20, 2025. No other Clefairy card has a PSA 10 median above $415 on the ledger.
Is the Clefairy Doll trainer card worth anything?
Yes, in high grade. Its Base Set 1st Edition Shadowless print has 11 reported PSA 10 sales on Cardboard Alpha's ledger, with a $415.00 median and a $1,500.00 high on October 2, 2025. The Unlimited print's PSA 10 median is $147.72 across 29 sales.

Most Valuable Blastoise Pokemon Cards: A Price Guide
The highest Blastoise sale this guide could document is a $360,000 presentation test print, not a retail card. Among English retail prints, a PSA 10 1st Edition Base Set copy holds the record at $138,880.
