Store policies

Pre-orders carry a price-drop guarantee: if the store lowers the price on a product that was pre-ordered, the customer is refunded the difference. Orders can be canceled before they ship, with a 10% restocking fee, because most products are ordered from distributors once an order is placed. Returns and refunds are not accepted when a product's outer plastic or packaging is torn, ripped or damaged, though damaged cards themselves can be raised with the store. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Missing items must be reported with photos of both the outer box and the contents. International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties and taxes their country charges.
