Store policies

All sales of trading cards, sealed boxes and packs are final, with no returns or exchanges on sealed trading card products. An order that arrives damaged or with the wrong item can be taken up with the store directly. Manufacturer defects, missing hits, damaged cards inside sealed products and collation problems are handled through the manufacturer rather than the store.
