It's GameTime

It's GameTime is a gaming store at 3301 Motor Ave in Los Angeles, on the corner of National and Motor by the 10 freeway. It sells collectible card games, board games and tabletop games, with Magic: The Gathering as its anchor card game and a weekly calendar built around it. It suits Magic players looking for a Friday league night or a relaxed Sunday Commander game, and groups who want a table to play at.

What's on the shelves

The store carries collectible card games alongside board games and tabletop games. Supplies run to card sleeves, mats and binders, plus dice and accessories. Magic: The Gathering is the card game the store builds its events around.

Weekly play

The store runs a full week of scheduled play, with Magic on two nights and other games filling out the calendar. The Friday session is Friday Night Magic, and the Sunday session is the casual Commander night.

Dice Master also meets once a month.

The space

The store has game tables for play, and friends, family and dogs are all welcome to come along. Plenty of events are scheduled through the week, so the tables are meant to be used rather than just walked past.

Hours and getting there

The store is closed Tuesdays and open every other day.

Friday's league night starts at 8 PM, so it fits into the final hour before the 9 PM close.
