Store policies

Policies lean on the shop's mail-order side, since it ships to virtually any address in the US, though some products cannot ship internationally. Shipping rates for many items are weight-based, and weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

All sales are final. Returns, refunds and exchanges are accepted only when the store made the error, such as sending the wrong item. A return must be requested within 3 days of delivery, the item must come back new, unopened and in original condition, and the store has to authorize it before anything ships back.

Only pre-orders can be canceled. In-stock orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun, and eligible pre-order cancellations carry a 15% fee calculated on the entire order total, including shipping and taxes.

Pre-orders carry a base price that excludes any tariff surcharge. Once an item arrives and the applicable tariff rate is confirmed, the surcharge is added, and the customer sees the final total before payment and can cancel at that point. The store has been family-owned for over a decade, and most of its catalog comes from China and Vietnam, which is why import tariffs figure so prominently in its pricing rules. Products already in stock before the tariffs took effect are not subject to the new rates.
