About
Salem Scottish Rite Center Card Show is a recurring trading card and collectibles show in Salem, Oregon, run by GeoKat Shows. It fills a 1951 fraternal hall with 85 vendor tables, charges nothing at the door, and offers free parking, which makes it an easy first show for newer collectors and a low-cost one for sellers.
The mix leans toward sports cards and Pokémon, with both new and vintage sports material and rare Pokémon singles on the tables. Unopened products, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, Magic: The Gathering, My Little Pony trading cards and Funko Pops round out the room, along with a general helping of other collectibles. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and with 85 tables the floor is big enough to browse for an afternoon without feeling like a hotel-ballroom crush.
Shows fall on the first and third Sunday of the month, with a few Saturdays mixed in, and every edition is held at the Salem Scottish Rite Center. The November 1 and November 15 shows are sold out to vendors, with waitlists open.

The organizer also runs a Pokémon trade night and mini card show on November 20 from 6 to 10 PM, its first event of that kind, with food trucks, giveaways, Pokémon bingo, trade tables and music.
Table pricing is per show and sits at the low end for a show this size. A six-foot table is $30, though only two are available, placed in different areas of the room. Eight-foot tables are $40 each, and multiples step down to $80 for two, $120 for three and $160 for four. Demand is strong: the November dates and a December show have already sold out, so booking early matters.
GeoKat Shows began hosting trading card shows in 1996 and ran them through 2001, building up the local hobby scene around sports cards, Pokémon and general collectibles. After a long break, the organizer returned in 2025 and now runs the series at the Scottish Rite Center. The venue itself dates to 1951.
The Salem Scottish Rite Center is at 4090 Commercial St SE, Salem, Oregon 97302. Parking is free.
The show fits families and newer collectors who want a no-cost way into the hobby, sports and Pokémon buyers looking for a large local room, and vendors who want inexpensive tables at a show that regularly sells out.
