Claim Your Card Store Listing

What claiming unlocks

A verified owner or manager can edit their store's hours and programs, upload photos, add the cards they carry, mark which shows they are attending and which booth they will be at, and respond publicly to reviews. Claimed listings also show a "Verified owner" badge to readers.

Three ways to verify

1. Domain email. If your store's listed website has an email domain, enter the part before the @ and we send a 6-digit code to that address. Enter the code within 30 minutes.
2. Phone. We send a verification code by text or voice call to the phone number already listed for your store. Codes expire after a short window and allow a limited number of attempts.
3. Document upload. Upload a business license, a utility bill, or another document showing your name and the store's address. An admin reviews it by hand, usually within a few business days.

What we verify

We confirm you control the store's own listed contact method (its domain or its phone number), or, for a document claim, that the paperwork names you at the store's address. We do not verify your identity beyond what the claim method itself proves.

Timing

Domain-email and phone claims verify immediately once the correct code is entered. A document claim is reviewed by an admin, typically within a few business days. You will see the claim's status on your store's claim page.

Revoking a claim

If a claim was made in error, or ownership changes, contact us and an admin can revoke it. A revoked claim removes owner access immediately; the listing itself stays live and unclaimed until it is claimed again.
