Singles are graded on a five-step scale: Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played and Damaged, with a matching set of grades for foils. Near Mint means fresh-from-the-pack condition. Lightly Played allows slight border or corner wear or minor scratches, with fewer than four total flaws. Moderately Played shows flaws visible to the naked eye, and Heavily Played covers significant creasing, whitening or border wear. Damaged cards have tears, bends or creases that could make them illegal for tournament play even when sleeved. Common singles run from about $1.25 for recent commons to $3.50 for an uncommon like Impact Tremors.

The store does not currently ship, so everything is in-store pickup only.

How card-list orders work

The store runs on a card-list system: build a list of singles and the staff pull them for you. How fast that happens depends on how the list is submitted.

Customers who are in the store can use a kiosk to build an order and pay by cash, store credit or credit card. Up to 10 unique cards are pulled while you wait, provided you are present when you submit. Orders of 10 or fewer cards must be submitted 30 minutes before closing, which means 7:30 PM on weekdays and 5:30 PM on weekends. Credit card purchases carry a $5 minimum.

Orders with 11 or more unique cards are pulled in the order received, however they are submitted, with no set turnaround. The customer is notified when the order is ready.

Orders placed from home, with no one in the store, are pulled in the order they come in, and same-day completion is unlikely because of the regular volume of lists. Those orders have a $5 minimum and can be paid only by credit card; cash and store credit require the in-store kiosk. A notification by email or text goes out when the order is ready. If someone else will collect it, the store needs the buyer's name and the name of the authorized person ahead of time. Deck lists can also be submitted for the store to fill.

Commander League

The store runs a Commander League with a points system: entry earns 5 points, each player kill earns 1 point and each game win earns 2.

Results must be reported after every game for points to count, and if anyone in a pod has not paid into the event, the whole pod forfeits its points.

Decks must follow the sanctioned banned lists and construction requirements. Proxies are not allowed unless you own the card and bring the real copy with you. A player who scoops in response to dying still gives the attacker a kill point, while a scoop at any other time earns or awards nothing. Reserved tables are off limits until the player has paid in. Politeness is the rule that matters most: rudeness, fighting or negative attitudes get a player banned from all future events.

Store policies

Returns are not accepted on single cards, sealed product or pre-owned LEGO. New LEGO, video games and consoles have a 10-day return window. Items must be unopened, in the same condition and original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase, and returns are started in the store.
