About
Miller's Comics is a card, comics and collectibles shop at 62 Lafayette Rd in North Hampton, New Hampshire, built around trading card games and the singles, sealed product and supplies that go with them. It carries eight card games and keeps Monday, Friday and Saturday hours, which makes it a stop to plan around rather than drop into on a weeknight.
Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece Card Game, Disney Lorcana, Flesh and Blood, Digimon Card Game and Dragon Ball Super Card Game are all stocked. The singles inventory runs from everyday cards to serious money. Magic singles include Revised Edition dual lands such as Tundra, Tropical Island, Badlands and Bayou, priced between roughly $499 and $705 in near-mint condition. Pokémon singles range from a $150 Umbreon promo to a $535 Victini from Scarlet & Violet: White Flare. One Piece singles include alternate-art cards, and Lorcana singles start under $10 for cold foils and promos.
The shelves go well beyond those eight games. The store also carries Star Wars: Unlimited, Final Fantasy, Union Arena, Gundam, Riftbound, Sorcery, Grand Archive, UniVersus and a long list of smaller card games. Sealed TCG product and graded Pokémon cards are sold as their own categories. Sports cards are sorted by league (MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, racing, soccer and wrestling), and non-sports cards include Marvel and Garbage Pail Kids.
The name is not decorative. Beyond cards, the store carries Warhammer, including Kill Team, Age of Sigmar, Blood Bowl and Citadel paints, along with Dungeons & Dragons and Call of Cthulhu role-playing products. Funko Pops, Transformers and a run of video game systems from NES and Super Nintendo through Switch round out the toy and game side.
Supplies cover the usual needs: Dragonshield, Ultra-Pro, Ultimate Guard, Gamegenics, BCW and Chessex products, plus backpacks and bags.
The store buys cards from customers through a buylist. Preorders are offered for upcoming sealed product. Magic players building a deck can paste a decklist of up to 100 unique cards into the store's search, see which exact printings are in stock, and add the whole selection to a cart in one step. Names are matched exactly, so a misspelled card will not turn up a near match.
The store runs an events calendar covering Commander, booster draft, constructed, sealed and prerelease play, with Commander making up the largest share of what is scheduled. No fixed weekly nights are confirmed, and no organized-play program is confirmed at this location.
