Grail Collectibles

Grail Collectibles is a card shop in Chandler, Arizona, at 2160 N Alma School Rd Ste 112, built around Pokémon. It is open seven days a week and carries Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! and the Dragon Ball Super Card Game alongside its Pokémon stock. The shop suits Pokémon collectors who want sealed product, graded slabs and raw singles in one place, and anyone with a collection to sell.

What's on the shelves

Pokémon is the core of the inventory. Sealed product runs across booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, collection boxes, tins, single packs and blister packs, and the shelves are organized by set, with current Mega Evolution and Phantasmal Flames product among them. Premium sealed items carry premium prices: a Pokémon 30th Celebration Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box is $300, and a Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Box and Booster Bundle 2-pack bundle is $250.

Singles come both raw and graded. The graded selection includes PSA-slabbed Pokémon cards, such as a 151 Charizard ex full art in PSA 9 and Erika's Invitation special illustration rares in PSA 9 and PSA 10. Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, the Dragon Ball Super Card Game and MetaZoo round out the other trading card games, and the shop also stocks supplies, takes preorders and sells gift cards.

Selling and trading in

The shop buys and takes trade-ins on English Pokémon cards and collections. It is interested in sealed product such as booster boxes, bundles, elite trainer boxes and premium boxes, as well as graded slabs, special illustration rares, vintage cards and older collections.

Payouts follow a set formula. For sealed product, the shop normally pays up to 80% of resell value based on TCG pricing, adjusted for current demand. For singles, it normally pays 50 to 70% of resell value depending on condition, with near mint or excellent cards in view. The shop also checks what other copies of the same card in the same condition have sold for.

Drops and store policies

Some new releases are sold in store only. A drop on Friday, 11/06 covers Pokémon 30th Anniversary and Delta Reign product, with prices set for the lineup:

The drop also includes 30th Celebration battle decks, a knockout collection and a mini tin.

Orders placed through the store ship for a flat $5, and in-stock products go out after one business day of handling. Flexible payment options are available. All sales are final and non-returnable; refunds or exchanges are offered only for items damaged in transit or sent in error. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged, and an approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
