Cards are valued at the lowest direct-seller market price, and Lightly Played is the highest condition the store assesses. Cards must come out of binders, hard top loaders and screw cases so they can be scanned; a normal sleeve is fine. Professionally graded or slabbed cards earn no premium and are valued at raw, ungraded prices. Video games and consoles are valued through PriceCharting, synced monthly, and systems missing parts such as a controller or power cord have the value of the missing piece deducted.

Payment can be cash or store credit, and cash pays less than store credit. Cash payouts over $100 in a single business day are issued as a check through ANB Bank. Depending on staff discretion and how busy the store is, a trade may need to be dropped off for processing, with the payout total delivered by phone call or text. Sellers must be 18 or older and show valid ID at payout, and once cash or credit is issued the transaction is final.

Events and policies

Players can sign up for events through an online form. No set weekly schedule is established for the Cheyenne store.

Refunds are available within 7 days on new, unopened product. Defective used items can be replaced with the same item within that window, or covered by store credit while a replacement is located. There are no refunds on events, gift cards, card singles, loose minis or dice, food or miscellaneous items.
