About
Fantasy Games is a hobby game store at 52025 Indiana 933 in South Bend, on the main north/south highway at the corner of Brick Road and State Route 933. It has served the Michiana gaming community since 1995 and carries role-playing games, miniatures, board games and collectible card games, with a spacious gaming area open seven days a week. It suits players who want a full weekly schedule across several card games, plus Warhammer players looking for matched-play nights.
The card side covers Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece Card Game, Disney Lorcana, Digimon Card Game and Star Wars: Unlimited. The shelves also hold Union Arena, CookieRun Braverse, My Little Pony TCG and Riftbound: League of Legends TCG. Pokémon stock includes Elite Trainer Boxes and box sets and special collections, while the Magic selection runs to booster boxes, bundles and Commander product.
Supplies are a real strength: binders, card dividers, deck boxes, life counters, sleeves and storage from brands such as Ultra Pro, Dragon Shield, Ultimate Guard and Gamegenic. Playmats range from about $20 for Ultimate Guard and Ultra Pro designs to $54.99 and $69.99 for Dragon Shield mats. A buylist and a used games section round out the card and game offerings.
Warhammer is a major line, with Games Workshop product for Warhammer 40k, Age of Sigmar, Kill Team, Warcry, Necromunda, the Horus Heresy and The Old World, along with Blood Bowl, terrain and preorders for upcoming releases. Other tabletop miniatures lines include BattleTech, Star Wars Legion and Star Wars Shatterpoint.
