Coopers Cave Games

Coopers Cave Games is a card and game store at 1607 US-9 in Moreau, New York, built around Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon. It suits players who want a table to sit down at and collectors who like to buy, sell and trade across more than one game in the same stop.

What's on the shelves

Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon are the two card games the store carries. Beyond cards, the store sells Warhammer products and video games, so a visit can cover a miniatures hobby and a console or handheld habit as well as a binder of singles.

The store buys, sells and trades. That applies to Magic and Pokémon cards, and the same buy, sell and trade arrangement is part of how the store runs its Warhammer and video game stock.

Play in the store

In-store play is part of the store's offering, and Magic is the game most closely tied to it. A regular weekly event schedule and sanctioned organized-play programs are not confirmed, so players who want a specific format on a specific night should ask at the counter before making the trip.

Getting there

The store sits on US-9 in Moreau, in the Glens Falls area of upstate New York. Opening hours are not confirmed, so it is worth calling ahead before a special trip, especially if you are bringing a collection to sell or trade.
