Cards N MO

Cards N MO is a local game store at 111 S Main St in Carrollton, Missouri, built around Magic: The Gathering, with Pokémon, Flesh and Blood, Riftbound and a long list of other card games on the shelves. It runs a steady weekly event calendar, buys cards over the counter, and keeps a searchable singles catalog, which makes it a practical stop for players who want a free Friday night game and for collectors with cards to move.

What's on the shelves

The store carries Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece Card Game, Disney Lorcana, Flesh and Blood, Digimon Card Game, Dragon Ball Super Card Game and Weiss Schwarz. Riftbound, Gundam, Elestrals, Sorcery: Contested Realm, Star Wars: Unlimited, Cyberpunk and Palworld product also stock the shelves.

Singles are searchable by rarity, foil, condition, color and mana value, and the search includes a tool for pasting in a deck list. Sealed product is a large part of the business, spread across the games. Magic sealed ranges from booster packs, bundles and Commander decks to Secret Lair drops, prerelease kits and cases. Flesh and Blood has booster boxes and cases along with Silver Age and Blitz decks. The Strixhaven: School of Mages prerelease packs are on the shelf too, along with Riftbound booster displays and bundles.

Accessories cover sleeves from Dragon Shield, Ultimate Guard and Ultra Pro, plus playmats, deck boxes, binders, life counters and storage.

Weekly play

Friday night is the anchor: a free Magic league night at 5:30 PM, played as casual Commander. The calendar fills out through the week with a mix of free events and one paid tournament.

A free Dungeons and Dragons session is set for Saturday, December 19 at 6:00 PM.

Selling and trading

The store buys singles, sealed product and complete collections for Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Flesh and Blood, One Piece, Lorcana and the other games it carries. Sellers bring cards to the counter during opening hours, and staff sort and price everything against current market prices while the seller waits or browses. Payment can be cash or store credit, and store credit pays a higher rate. For larger collections, the store asks that sellers message ahead so time can be set aside.

Playable singles in good condition, sealed boxes and packs, and complete collections are what the store wants. It does not buy heavily damaged, counterfeit or proxy cards.

Store policies

Orders ship to addresses in the 50 states and Puerto Rico. Free shipping applies only in the continental United States and only during promotional periods. Orders that include preorders delay the shipment of in-stock items, so a mixed cart is easiest split into two orders if the in-stock items are wanted sooner. Some high-demand preorder items cannot be shipped until they leave preorder status.

Pickup orders require a picture ID with a matching name and photo, and an order is cancelled if one is not shown. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damage during shipping.
