Bald Eagle Games

Bald Eagle Games is a tabletop and hobby store at 9 W 10th St in Tyrone, Pennsylvania, built around board games, miniatures and hobby supplies. It has a large gaming area and a separate hobby room, so it suits players who want a place to sit down and play as much as a place to shop. Trading card games and TCG supplies are handled through Ddrake Cards, which shares the store.

What's on the shelves

The store carries a large selection of board games, miniatures and hobby supplies. Paints, models and miniature games are part of the mix, and questions about those categories go to Bald Eagle Games directly.

Trading card games and TCG supplies are a separate line under the Ddrake Cards name, with their own point of contact. Products can also be bought online as well as in person.

Space to play and paint

The gaming area is large, and a dedicated hobby room sits alongside it, which gives painters and model builders a spot apart from the game tables. The store aims to build a welcoming community of tabletop gamers and hobbyists, and the layout reflects that.

Hours

The schedule splits between morning, evening and weekend blocks, so it pays to match your visit to the day.

Weekday daytime visits are limited to Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and Saturday is the longest day.
