Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receiving them, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be in the same condition they were received, unused and in original packaging. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Special orders and other custom products are also excluded. A return has to be requested before anything is sent back, and approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days.
