Returns are tightly limited. The store accepts them only when a product arrives damaged or not as described, and the item must come back in the condition it was received, with tags and original packaging. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. A return has to be requested before anything is sent back, and approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days.
