The CSV4C master set takes 395 slots against 165 cards in the set, so each card adds about 2.4 slots on average. For the Simplified Chinese Pokémon TCG, that is a typical-sized job for the Scarlet & Violet era, released July 18, 2025. Reverse holos are the bulk of it at 230 slots, with 101 normal prints and 64 holos making up the rest. Laid out nine cards to a side, the full master set checklist fills 22 double-sided binder pages.
Two reverse holo families split the biggest share of the CSV4C master set: Reverse Holo Foil Masterball and Reverse Holo Foil Pokeball, each with 115 slots. The normal prints add 101 slots and the holos another 64, so four families account for every slot. The reverse holo treatment applies to commons, uncommons and rares, which is why those three rarities push the count so far past the 165 cards. A reverse holo carries its foil across the card with the artwork left unfoiled, and here each eligible card takes a slot in both reverse holo families, so a collector needs both versions of every one.
| Variant family | Slots | Priced | Share of value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reverse Holo Foil Masterball | 115 | 1 | 2.6% |
| Reverse Holo Foil Pokeball | 115 | 3 | 1.2% |
| Normal | 101 | 8 | 2.1% |
| Holo | 64 | 50 | 94% |

Shares of the master set’s priced value, from the slot prices in the checklist above.
At 395 slots, the CSV4C master set sits about equal to the Scarlet & Violet era median of 392 slots, so it is a typical-sized job for this stretch of the Simplified Chinese Pokémon TCG. By master set value it ranks 6th among the 11 comparable sets in its era, solidly mid-table. The neighbouring sets are close in size: CSV3C comes in at 392 slots and CSV5C at 394, and the master sets for both hold less value than this one. Completing CSV4C therefore asks for about the same binder space as its neighbours but a somewhat larger value commitment.
A CSV4C (嘉奖回合) master set is one copy of every card AND every variant in the set — the 165 cards on this page, with their Normal, Reverse Holo and Holo prints each listed and priced on their own. Sign in and the checklist tracks what you own, in step with the Cardboard Alpha app.
The large NM-only figure is a complete catalog estimate when every printing has current NM pricing. LP, MP, HP, and DMG “and up” totals below it use the requested condition or a better available condition. These are summed reference prices, not a quote from one seller; a dash means the current market does not cover every printing yet.
“LP and up” means lightly played or better: the total uses LP when available, then NM as the better-condition fallback. The MP, HP, and DMG tiers follow the same pattern.
