# Venusaur EX #XY123 — XY Black Star Promos

## Summary

Venusaur is a Kanto starter final form, and Grass collectors keep buying it because the Bulbasaur line holds lasting sentiment. As a promo EX it sits outside any booster chase, so its appeal is scarcity of distribution, not a pull rate, and the XY-era EX format gave it real play value. The modelled guide sits at $313 with 55 copies traded in 30 days; PSA has slabbed 4,726 of these and only 77 are 10s, a 2% gem rate that makes the raw-to-gem gap the entire trade.
